Where Our Passion Comes From
TraumAware LLC was born out of lived experience, professional growth, and a profound realization—healing from trauma transforms lives. What began as a personal dream to understand the human mind has evolved into a passionate mission to help others rediscover their strength, resilience, and self-worth.
Through years of working with individuals facing deep emotional pain, I’ve seen the remarkable power of awareness, connection, and healing. TraumAware LLC represents more than therapy—it’s a space built on empathy, education, and empowerment. Every session, every client, and every story reminds us why this work matters: because everyone deserves the chance to heal, grow, and become whole again.

Professional experience
From a young age, the human experience fascinated me. In eighth grade, after reading about the complexities of the human condition, I knew I wanted to become a therapist. That early curiosity evolved into a lifelong commitment to understanding and helping others navigate their own paths to healing.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and, after a brief detour in my career journey, life’s circumstances created the opportunity for me to return to my original calling. Witnessing firsthand how trauma, anxiety, addiction, and depression can hinder personal growth and fulfillment reaffirmed my purpose—to help individuals overcome these challenges and reach their full potential.
With renewed focus, I completed my Master’s in Social Work and began working in the clinical field, specializing in trauma and trauma-informed care. Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of working with more than 100 clients, guiding each through their unique healing process with compassion, evidence-based techniques, and a deep respect for their individual journey.
I hold certifications as a Clinical Trauma Specialist, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Practitioner, and Polyvagal Theory Practitioner, allowing me to blend advanced clinical tools with a holistic approach to trauma recovery.
